Sonniger GUARD PRO is a robust & effective air curtain suitable for creating a barrier against the outdoor environment. Suitable for protecting industrial premises from the loss of heat energy through doorways ranging from 3-7,5 m thanks to high efficiency and utilising modular construction.

The curtains use a set of high-performance fans with a diameter of 450mm, which in combination with the appropriate and optimally selected shape of the air flow ducts has allowed a long range of air stream up to 7.5m. The universal design of the device allows the use of the same modules both vertically and horizontally.

GUARD PRO Air Curtain Range

The GUARD PRO is available in 1.5m & 2m lengths and is available with a LPHW heated coil , electric PTC heater or as an ambient unit.

The Sonniger GUARD PRO can be mounted horizontally above the door opening or vertically to the side of the opening where this would suit the application better. The units can be stacked to create a barrier for tall warehouse doors. The units can be mixed with a heated unit at the bottom & ambient unit at the top for more energy efficient use.

ACTIVE PROTECTION SYSTEM helps to save energy supplied for heating of air curtains. The main principle is to install GUARDPRO with a water heater at the bottom and GUARDPRO without a coil at the top. Hot air leaving the bottom curtain will move into the upper side and will create temperature comfort for users. In this case, only the bottom curtain is supplied with a heating medium, it gives substantial savings on operating costs.
